This Privacy Policy explains how Fine Vectors Private Limited ("Staker", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit https://staker.co.in (the "Website"), create an investor account, complete KYC or make a payment. By using the Website you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Staker is a brand of Fine Vectors Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India with its office at #52, Horamavu, Agara, Bengaluru – 560043, Karnataka, India. Staker lists real-estate, commercial and other real-world asset projects in which investors can take a share, starting from the minimum amount shown on each project.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, mobile number, city, state, address and PIN code.
- KYC documents — your PAN and, where you choose to provide them, Aadhaar or passport details and copies, which are required by law before an investment is confirmed.
- Investment and payment details — the project, amount, units, reference and receipt numbers, and the status of each payment. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page (Razorpay) and are not stored by us.
- Enquiries — what you send us through the enquiry, call-back and contact forms.
- Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the Website secure and working.
How we use your information
- To open and manage your investor account and show your investments and receipts.
- To verify your identity (KYC) and meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements.
- To process payments, issue receipts, handle refunds and send you confirmations and updates about the projects you invested in.
- To answer your enquiries and call you back when you ask us to.
- To prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised access, and to improve the Website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Payments
Online payments on the Website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. When you pay, you are taken to Razorpay's secure checkout, which handles your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details under the PCI-DSS standard. We receive only the result of the payment (success or failure, amount, payment ID and method) so we can confirm your investment. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
Sharing your information
We share personal information only where it is needed to provide the service or required by law:
- with our payment partner (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds;
- with identity-verification services to check KYC documents;
- with the special purpose vehicle (SPV) of the project you invest in, and with our legal, accounting and audit advisers, for the record of your investment;
- with government, tax, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
The Website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your choices (such as light or dark mode and the amount you picked) and protect forms against misuse. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but signing in and investing will not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep account, KYC and investment records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by Indian tax, company and anti-money-laundering laws. Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
The Website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). KYC documents are stored in a private area that is not reachable from the internet and are visible only to authorised staff. Access to the control panel is limited and every change is recorded.
Your choices and rights
You can view and correct your details from your account at any time. You may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete information we are not required by law to keep, by writing to amankannadiga@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The Website and investing on it are only for persons aged 18 or above who can enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated policy.

For any concern about your personal information, write to our grievance officer at amankannadiga@gmail.com or to the address below. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
