Each project has its own minimum, shown on its card and detail page. Investments are made in multiples of that minimum — for example if the minimum is ₹50,000 you may invest ₹50,000, ₹1,00,000, ₹1,50,000 and so on.

Live projects are open for investment now. Upcoming projects have been announced but are not yet open — register your interest to be told first. Closed projects are fully funded or their window has ended.

No. The returns shown are projections based on comparable transactions and our assessment of the location. They are estimates, not guarantees. Land values can fall as well as rise, and timing depends on approvals and market conditions.

Each project shows an expected tenure, typically 2–3 years. Land is illiquid: you should be comfortable holding for the full tenure.

A PAN card is required. You may also be asked for an address proof such as Aadhaar or passport. Documents are uploaded securely and reviewed by our team, usually within one working day.

Payments go through a regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details. Your investment is confirmed only once the gateway verifies the payment — you then receive a receipt by email.

No money is taken. If an amount was debited it is automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. You can retry the payment from your investor account.

Before listing, we check the title chain, encumbrance certificate, survey sketch and applicable approvals, and we obtain a conservative valuation. The key documents are attached to the project page where available.
